Of Contract 26-911 with JF Acquisition, LLC, d/b/a JF Petroleum Group (Morrisville, NC) to provide aboveground Fuel and Fluid Storage with Related Hardware, Software, and Services; and 2. To authorize the Office of Procurement Services to execute all supporting documentation. The annual fiscal impact is estimated at $250,000 (expenditure) and is within, and will not exceed, the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget.
