Recommend approval to appoint a member to the WellFlorida Council as a Lake County Provider. Two applications were received, and there is only one (1) Lake County Provider position vacant. Juana De La Cruz (Ms. De La Cruz is scheduled to be reappointed to District 2, Seat 1 for the Children's Services Council at the April 28, 2026, BCC meeting). Christopher Gonzalez There will be no vacancies if the Board appoints one of the applicants.
